Our Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all our apps, including both free and paid versions, across all platforms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms, as well as the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, and the policies of the Google Play Store and other app distribution platforms.

1. Introduction

These Terms set forth the legal relationship between you (“the User”) and us (“the Developer”). By downloading, installing, and using any of our apps, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using our apps immediately.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options across all apps:

  • Weekly Subscription: Billed weekly at the rate disclosed at the time of purchase.
  • Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly at the rate disclosed at the time of purchase.
  • Yearly Subscription: Billed annually at the rate disclosed at the time of purchase.
No Free Trial:
There is no free trial period available for any subscription plan. All payments for subscriptions are required upfront.

3. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period (weekly, monthly, or yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The renewal will be charged at the same price, unless notified otherwise.
  • Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription through their respective app store account (Google Play or Apple App Store). Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.

Changes to Subscription Plans: We may update subscription prices or features from time to time, with prior notice to you. Any changes to pricing or subscription plans will take effect after your current subscription period ends, unless otherwise notified.

4. Payment Processing

  • Billing Cycle: Your billing cycle corresponds to the subscription plan you selected (weekly, monthly, or yearly). You are charged upon purchase, and your subscription renews automatically unless canceled in accordance with Section
  • Payment Methods: Payment for subscriptions is processed via the app store platform through which the app was downloaded (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store). All payment methods accepted are subject to the terms of the respective platforms.

5. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any unused subscription period, unless required by law or platform-specific policies.

6. Compliance with Local Laws

These Terms are intended to be in full compliance with laws governing digital services across all countries, including but not limited to:

  • European Union: Complying with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (CRD) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • United States: Complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other relevant state laws.
  • Canada: Complying with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
  • Australia: Complying with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
  • India: Complying with the Information Technology Act and any applicable consumer protection laws.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services is in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

7. Google Play Policies

All our apps comply with Google Play Developer Policies, including, but not limited to:

  • User Data Collection: We ensure that data collection is transparent and minimal. Our apps will only collect data necessary for app functionality and as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
  • Subscriptions and Cancellations: We follow Google Play’s rules regarding transparent subscription management, automatic renewals, and cancellation policies.
  • Content Guidelines: Our apps do not contain or promote harmful or inappropriate content, such as hate speech, violence, adult content, or discrimination.
  • Security and Privacy: We prioritize the security and privacy of our users by adhering to security best practices, encryption standards, and Google Play’s user data safety requirements.

8. Access to Paid Features

Upon subscribing to a paid plan, users gain access to additional features that may not be available in the free version. These features are subject to change and may be updated or removed without prior notice, with the intent of improving the overall service.

9. User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. In case of any breach or unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

10. Data Collection and Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. By using our apps, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We comply with all relevant data protection laws, including but not limited to:

  • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) for users within the European Union.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the apps, including content, design, trademarks, and code, are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is prohibited.

12. Disclaimers

  • As-Is Basis: Our apps are provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no guarantees regarding the functionality, performance, or availability of the apps.
  • No Warranty: We disclaim any warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the app’s performance, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our apps.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Jurisdiction], and you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
